My experience at Moodle for Beginners Course MOOC4

Hi,

It's the first time I write on my blog in English, but it will be a good exercise for me and for my followers.

I'm in a Moodle on-line course and even if I already have some experience on using Moodle because of my job (Continuing Education in Engineering with some courses in Moodle) I registered in a Moodle for Beginners course just for updating my past knowledge.

One of the assignments is to post in a blog our journey through this course since its start (last Sunday). Let me tell you that it has been really a challenge to take this course, because most of the time I'm at work and on this computer (I'm right here) and for some reason, I cannot go through the links (and there are so many!) Dr. Nellie send us many times during the day and give us a lot of feedback and tips to get rid of these problems.

So my journey through the course essentially is, first of all, reviewing all the mails sent and search for the site each link take us (I cannot enter the link from the e-mail, it marks "error"), then to review all the tips Dr Nellie give us for each issue, the tutorials, videos, etc. I try to do it during the morning, but sometimes like yesterday it was almost impossible with all my duties at work.

Second, I begin to review assignments and to practice through Moodle and/or Wiziq site web. If I have questions, I ask through the course feed in the Discussion area.

Third and finally, I review some of the posts my partners at the course post, I cannot review all of them because are a lot!! and I can find tips that help me on the course.

I don't mind how many "badges" I can earn, or how many assignments the system adds a mark because I read and did all the assignment, the main goal for me is to learn a lot and to transmit all this knowledge to the On-line courses area at my Department.

So what do you think about MOOC, Moodle and on-line learning tools?
